For group bookings of students we are pleased to offer the following discounts:
Group of 5 or more students = 5% discount
Group of 10 or more students = 10% discount
Group of 15 or more students = 15% discount
To receive the discount, please register each student individually. Then send an e-mail with the corresponding names and participant numbers to registrierung@conventus.de. The discount will be credited and refunded at the end of the cancellation period.
10% discount for participants of a pre-congress course

Therefore please forward your registration confirmation of the course directly to Registrierung@conventus.de with subject 'ECTES 2025 – discount because of pre-congress course'. If you’ll need a congress registration for receiving the discount at the pre-congress course please make a regular registration and provide your registration confirmation for pre-congress course afterwards to receive the discount afterwards.

Payment of fees and confirmation
When registering via the online form, direct online payment is possible via our external payment provider Mollie. The following payment methods are offered: Credit card, iDeal. Each participant will receive an invoice immediately upon completion of online registration. This invoice is also valid for submission to the tax office. The fee is due for payment upon completion of registration.
